Chair Yoga is for everyBODY! There are many reasons why practicing Yoga on the floor may not be suitable. There are many people who have challenges getting up and down from the floor, for many different reasons and consequently they have missed out on practicing Yoga! I know that Yoga has many benefits and I believe these benefits should be available for ALL, not just some. Chair Yoga is the perfect solution! It is an accessible, inclusive way to practice Yoga that is perfect for anybody!
