You're not alone. Come learn how to make this year's resolution stick!
We will explore why it’s hard to follow through on a New Year’s resolution or any resolution and make them stick. We will learn how to go from wishful thinking to lasting success. Join us for 90 minutes and kick off 2022 with a Positive Reset. Let's make our 2022 Resolutions Stick!

Instructor:  Marci D'Andrea is a Health Educator who earned her Bachelors of  Science in Health Education from the University of Vermont.  She is also a Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach trained through the Functional Medicine Coaching Academy (FMCA) and a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach, NBC-HWC through the National Board for Health and Wellness Coaching.
